Description

NOTE: POC FOR THIS ORDER IS Donna O'Neal at doneal@d11.uscg.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 2.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is DTCG89-04-Q-6PW120 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses under NAICS Code 541380. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item: Item 001 ? Vendor shall provide 3 each CT-30 Kits of assorted instruments and tools for the detection of contraband materials in confined spaces. Each kit shall contain the following accessories at a minimum; contraband detection complete with remote display, fiberobtics inspection set, laser rangefinder, extended inspection mirror, pocket pencil probes, dca, digital camera adapter, heavy duty inspection probes, heavy duty carrying case and a manual for the equipment. The following FAR provisions apply to this Acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, all offerors are to include with their quote a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3.
