Description

AMENDMENT A0003: All equipment must be new--no refurbished/reworked equipment will be accepted. Additional information on delivery times is provided. Corrections to FAR Clause 52.212-5 are made. There are changes to line items 0005, 0007, and 0015. A complete copy of the RFQ and all amendments can be downloaded from www.eps.gov or requested via e-mail, cynthia.doster@dhs.gov.
