- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20, Effective 23 Feb 2004 and Class Deviation 2003-O0003. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted; the NAICS Code is 541511; the NAICS size standard is $18 Million. 55 CONS intends to issue a purchase order for annual maintenance and upgrades for the SIRSI software listed below: Bibliographic and Inventory Control - Z39.50 compliant catalog Authority Control Enhanced Public Access Request System Circulation Control Acquisition Control Serials Control Information Gateway Z39.50 Host Client DROLSTR Intelligent Interface Five (5) SmartPORT Concurrent Users Ten (10) InfoVIEW - Terminals/MS-DOS Thirteen (13) InfoVIEW - Windows 3.1 w/Z39.50 InfoBASE FastSTART - Single Vendor InfoBASE FastSTART - Additional Vendor InfoBASE FastSTART - Update Utility MARC Bibliographic Import Utility MARC Authority Import Utility ASCII Patron Record Loader Utility Reports/Report Writer WebCat World Wide Web Catalog Access No substitutes allowed. No partial awards will be allowed. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database by 7 March 04 will make an offeror ineligible for award.
