- OVERNIGHT MAILING ADDRESS: ATTN: BARBARA BLACKSHERE, DEFENSE ENERGY SUPPORT CENTER, DESC-MK, BUILDING 1621-K, 1014 BILLY MITCHELL BLVD., SAN ANTONIO, TX 78266 This FAR Part 12 commercial item acquisition will be conducted on a full and open competitive basis. The requirement is for Gaseous Hydrogen, Type I, to be delivered FOB Destination using government furnished trailers to Arnold AFB, TN. The specification that applies is MIL-PRF-27201C dated 22 December 1995, the stock number is NSN 9135-00-823-8133. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a three-year, four month, firm fixed price requirements-type contract. The total estimated quantity for this purchase is 1,493 thousand standard cubic feet (MC). The ordering period will start on 1 June 2004 and end 30 September 2007.
