- ITEM DESCRIPTION:Pin-Rivet,Threaded; Collar,Pin-Rivet,Threaded. SOLICITATION PERIOD: 30 days ISSUE DATE: March 31, 2004 CLOSING DATE: April 30, 2004. QUANTITY:Various annual estimates per item. SPECIFICATION: Northrop Grumman Part Numbers with acceptable sources: Air Industries Corp, Hi-Shear, ALCOA/Fairchild/Huck, SPS Technologies, Inc. and West Coast Aerospace Corp and Heartland Precision. DESTINATION: Any CONUS stock depot DELIVERY:160 days CONTRACT PERIOD: 2 year base OPTIONS: 3 one-year options. ACQUISITION NOTES: This will be an unrestricted acquisition. It is the Government’s intention to use simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5 to award long-term Indefinite Quantity Contracts for a core of 38 Pin-Rivet, Threaded and Collar, Pin-Rivet, Threaded NSNs identified by Northrop Grumman part number. Contracts will contain an Addition and Deletion of Items provision which will permit items from a universe of approximately 484 NSNs to be added at a later date.
