- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the procurement of Miscellaneous Plumbing-Heating-Pipe Valves and Fittings supply for the U.S. Capitol Power Plant, Washington, D.C. This solicitation will be issued on, or about March 17, 2004. The approximate date for receipt of proposals is April 19, 2004. All other details related to this procurement will be included in the solicitation package.
