Description

NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Systems Engineering and Analytics for a Maintenance Assist Module Cabinet per Systems Engineering and Analytics proprietary drawings (QTY. 1). The Government intends to issue a request for quote to Systems Engineering and Analytics, under N66604-04-Q-2704. This formal solicitation should be issued within the next week. This action is being processed as a sole source to ensure compatibility and proper performance with the existing Maintenance Assist Module Cabinets and because all drawings are proprietary to Systems Engineering and Analytics. NAICS Code is 541490; size standard is $6.0 Million. Required delivery is 2006 March 1, F.O.B. Destination Electric Boat, Groton, CT. Any firm that believes it has the capability to meet the Government’s minimum requirements is invited to submit a quote for Government evaluation. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
