Planned Sole Source procurement with LOH Optical Machinery, inc., N116 W18111 Morse Dr., Germantown, WI 53022. Complete RFQ (N00189-04-T-0270) package available upon request in writing by e-mailing millerdd@nwsy.navy.mil or faxing 757-887-4484. When requesting a copy RFQ N00189-04-T-0270, contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligble to receive contracts from any federal agency - failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures.
