Purpose: to establish a requirements type contract for a one (1) year basic with two (2), one (1) year options for Air Oil Coolers used on F-15 Central Gear Box. Total Line Item Qty: 70.0000 EA Applicable to: F-15 EAGLE Destn: FB2029,HILL AFB,UT.,84056-5713. Delivery: 30SEP2004 70.00 EA. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: TAT TECHNOLOGIES LTD, GEDERA, TELAVIV ISREAL. TO: HUGHES-TREITLER MFG CORP, NY. TO: HONEYWELL ORI/AFFILIATE OF NORDAM-OK. TO: HONEYWELL INT'L IN, TORRANCE, CA. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
