- ***This modification is being issued to correct the issue date to read: 16 March 2004.**** Solicitation for: NSN 5995-00-177-2897, LTC03323015899, Kit, Cord Assembly. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 86 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Restricted, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. QAP 001. NAICS is 334417. This acquisition is a Full and Open after exclusion of sources procurement, intended sources: Gentex Corp Cage: 72724, Astrocom Electronics Cage: 18068, Roanwell Corp. Cage: 82872, Sonetronics Inc, Cage: 16575. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 379 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 580 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
