Description

[AMENDED] To reflect the new Response Date (12 April 2004) [END AMENDMENT]The Technology Applications Contracting Office intends to procure for teardown, inspection and repair/overhaul of Tail Rotor Transmissions identified as follows: P/N: 369D25400, P/N: 369A5400 and P/N: 369R5800-605 as well as their accessories & components and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) associated data. Exhibit A - A001 Quality Assessment Report/Teardown & Inspection Report for each transmission and A002 - Monthly Status Report, contractor format authorized. Delivery To: W80N5C, Command 160th SOAR(ABN), Attn: Tory Eide, 7244 Nightstalker Way, Ft. Campbell, KY 42223-6012. Type of contract anticipated is Time & Material (T&M)/Performance Based Services Contracting (PBSC) for a five (5) year period and or base year & 4 option years. No split award will be made. Offerors shall furnish all labor, facilities, material, parts, etc., required to accomplish the repair and/or overhaul of the MD Helicopter Industry (MDHI) Tail Rotor Transmission(s) identified above. The solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities System (FEBBIZOPPS). Proposal(s) for solicitation will be accepted through mail, e-mail: lmcgrew@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax 757-878-4199. Offeror(s) are requested to assure compliance with all requirements of subject solicitation. Offers are due 12 April 2004 04 NLT 4:00pm local time at the Technology Applications Contracting Office, Bldg. 401 Lee Blvd, Ft. Eustis, VA 23604-5577. Firms that can recognize and can repair the transmissions described above are encourged to identify themselves to the contracting officer which will permit their participation in the current solicitation.
