- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, is planning to issue a modification to Contract N00164-03-D-8999 to increase the total number of refurbishments of Air Force APG-68 Dual Mode Transmitter from P/N 758R990G01 configuration to the Navy configuration P/N 5322015 from a maximum quantity of 35 each to 64 each in the base period of the contract (7 October 2002 to 30 September 2004) and 60 each in each of the two subsequent option years. The refurbishments were procured on a sole source basis from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division. The quantity increase is not expected to cause an increase in the total maximum amount of the contract, which is $8,661,510. Inspection and acceptance shall be FOB Origin. Deliveries will begin 10 months after receipt of each order. Places of delivery will be in acco rdance with the contract and each order. Contact D.A.
