Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide ground maintenance for the USARC, 17th PSYOPS, Joilet Training Center (JTC), Elwood, IL. Work includes initial cleanup, mowing, trimming, weed cutting, and herbicide treatment. Period of performance will be 10 Apr 04 through 9 Apr 05 with four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 561730 with a corresponding small business size standard of $6.0 Mil. The procurement will be subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 15. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 5 Mar 04. Telephonic, written, faxed or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation wil l be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. All responsible sour ces may submit a quote which will be considered.
