Description

This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ ME-04-T-0301. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. CLIN 0002 Microwave: Qty 61, MFR: General Electric Company "or equal", P/N: JE1460WF, 1.4 Cu Ft, countertop with turntable, non-sensor cooking, levels, 10 levels, white. CLIN 0003 Electric Range: Qty 1, MFR: General Electric Company "or equal", P/N: JBP21B, 30" Self-Clean Electric Range, 4 burners, standard stove, white. CLIN 0004 Refrigerator: Qty 1, MFR: General Electric Company "or equal", P/N: GTS18DB, 17.9 Cu Ft, top freezer, white/white, no icemaker, fits 30" opening.
