Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to provide packaging, labeling, inventory, manifesting, and proper disposal of hazardous waste at the North Chicago VA Medical Center, North Chicago, IL; Evanston Clinic, Evanston, IL; Kenosha Primary Care Clinic, Kenosha, WI and McHenry Clinic, McHenry, IL. Anticipated period of performance is March 29, 2004 through March 28, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price and is Unrestricted. Anticipated award effective date is March 29, 2004. NACIS 562111, size standard $10.5 Million. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about February 27, 2004. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
