- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and perform work for the complete demolition of Building No. 15, Greenhouses and associated utilities at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. The performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Electronic solicitation documents may be obtained FREE via the Business Opportunities System website. Requests for hard copy solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a nonrefundable check for $20.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer at 320-255-6341. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on the Business Opportunities System website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. If you are downloading this solicitation, it is strongly recommended that you complete the solicitation mailing list available on the website. The cost range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 238910; size standard is $12.0 Million. Issue date is March 1, 2004. A Pre-bid meeting/walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at 1:30PM CT (local time), attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Bid opening is 2:00PM (local time) on April 20, 2004. Electronic and faxed bids will not be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
