- Description
- The VAMC Lebanon intends to award a contract for "RELOCATE DENTAL CLINIC". Work shall include provision of all labor, materials and any other items necessary to renovate the fifth floor of Building 17 to relocate the Dental Clinic. Work will also be required for utility feeds, connections and risers on other floors. All work will be at the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. Work will include but not be limited to demolition of the existing area including asbestos abatement work and architectural work including new walls, doors and finishes. Piping work including medical gasses, clinical and toilet room piping and sprinkler work. Mechanical work including ductwork renovations and Fan Coil Unit installation are also part of this project. Electrical work includes branch circuits and service upgrades, fire alarm and toilet room nurse call work. Installation of government supplied dental equipment; cabinetry and certain other items will also be included. All work will be in strict compliance with all applicable codes and VA regulations. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. NAICS Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. Estimated construction cost is $500,000 to $1,000,000. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 30, 2004 at the Lebanon VA. The conference will be held at 9:00AM in Bldg 18 , Rm 117. Questions regarding this project will be answered and a walk through will be conducted.
