- This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation # S-INLEC-04-Q-0011. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for One (1) new Compact Sport Utility Vehicle. Specifications: Compact Sports Utility Vehicle, New/Unused, 4x4, 4 Door, 5 Speed Manual Transmission, Tinted Glass, Air Conditioning. Any Color available and United States Manufactured. Interested Vendors shall submit pricing as well as complete technical Specifications of vehicle being offered. Warranty support must be available in Ecuador for vehicles in response to this RFQ. Delivery will be to the U.S. Despatch Agent, C/O Miami Crating , 2200 NW 110th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172; Telephone 305-592-4698. The contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with freight forwarder. POC: Mr. John Papp Tel: 305-715-3502. Purchase order number must be marked on the outside of vehicles. Pricing MUST include pre-paid shipping to U.S. Despatch Agent/Miami via surface. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Ecuador without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami. Award will be made based on the best value to the U.S. Government, price and technical considerations included. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on March 10, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail. This is a small business set aside.
