Description

The scope of the project is to reconstruct the Upper Oso Campground road system. The following work is included: pavement grinding, compaction, aggregate base placement, paving, a/c curbs, prefabricated under drains, striping, slurry seal, concrete and asphalt sidewalks, and miscellaneous demolition of concrete/asphalt slabs and sidewalks. Directions from Santa Barbara Ca., located at the intersection of Hwy 101 and State Hwy 154, travel North on Hwy 154 for approx 15 miles, then turn east (right) on Paradise Rd and travel approximately 7 miles to the intersection of Santa Ynez River Road (5N18) and Romero Camuesa Road (5N15) just past the first river crossing, then turn North (left) on Romero Camuesa Road and travel approx. two miles to the Upper Oso Campground. NAICS code: 237310 Size Standard: $28.5 Million. Offer due by noon April 15, 2004. Estimated start date is September 7, 2004 with 70 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
