- Description
- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, commercial items for Silicone Compound P/N TAFB100-006S. NSN 6850-01-487-5054 with an estimated annual quantity of 3616 each. Product is for stock shipments. Stock is for New Cumberland PA, (SNG) and Tracy, CA (AQ5). MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations. This NSN has inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 251. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and quantity variance of plus 5% minus 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are 62 days ARO. Surge requirement does not exist for this item. Solicitation (SP045004R2968) will be issued on or about March 23, 2004 and closing 30 days later.
