- FRP SP4400-04-R-0008. Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste from DRMOs Keesler, Eglin, Anniston, Polk, Texarkana, and surrounding locations. SP4400-04-R-0008 will be issued on or about 31 MAR 2004 on the World Wide Web. The Website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing dates is 30 APR 2004. This solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for a period of 18-months base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of Past Performance, Price, and other factors described in the solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
