- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Teamwork Solutions for the Stage II, III, and IV implementation of the ProcessIT, Task Manager System. This implementation is a follow-on effort to work previously accomplished under an existing purchase order. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be submitted not later than 02 Mar 04, via email to april.ford@dia.mil or via facsimile at (202) 231-2831. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
