- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to solicit proposals for technical and analysis services in support of CNO Project Beartrap as required by Patrol Wing ELEVEN Special Projects Office(AMPO). Services include operation/ maintenance of Project Beartrap worldwide computer network system - development of specialized systems software for aircraft/ laboratory data collection and analysis - and providing technical, data collection for intelligence, hardware and software system test and proof of concepts in the area of Antisubmarine Warfare (ASW)/Undersea Warfare (USW). A Labor Hour Requirements type contract is anticipated for a base period with four one-year option periods. The procurement is set aside for 100% participation by small businesses. Interested offerors must possess a top secret facility clearance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 (Engineering Services), which establishes a small business size standard of $20M.
