- Description
- The US Army intends to award a contract for the Construction of a DPW Administrative Facility. This requirement shall be solicited as a firm fixed price contract and shall be set aside 100 percent for 8a small business. Size standard is $28.5 milli on and NAICS code is 236220. Award should be made no later then March 31, 2004. The solicitation can be viewed at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 10, 2004. This project is to construct a new DPW Administrative Facility with an approximate dimensio n of 140 Feet by 60 feet, with an approximate area of 8,400 square feet and an eave height of 10 feet. The building shall be Pre-Engineered Metal Structure over 6 Inch thick reinforced concrete slab and foundation. The installation of pre-cast, lightweigh t stone veneer is to be used as a non-structural facing for architectural purposes. In addition there shall be provided the necessary heating, ventilation, water, sewer and plumbing for the restrooms. Provide the necessary power connection, interior ligh ting, outlets, and communication systems. Provide utilities required from point of connections to this building, complete, functional and ready for occupancy. Interested parties may submit request to Gary E.
