Description

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The U.S. Army Contracting Command South West Asia, HHC ARCENT Kuwait is seeking to identify sources capable of providing the following: the supply and full maintenance of copiers for HHC ARCENT Kuwait and resident commands. This notification is an attempt to determine the availability and capability of a supplier in the area to provide all copiers services require d at a reasonable cost to the Government. Your firm should be able to supply and service copier machines of varying capacity on an on-call basis. The Contractor would be responsible for supplying and servicing of copiers for the complete area. The curre nt preferred mode of contracting is the lease option, utilizing a per copy pricing basis or the lease option based on type of machine. We will consider a buy option if this is in the best interest of the Government, price and other factors considered. Th is synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Companies capable of providing the defined product and service are encouraged to respond by providing their company name, points of con tact, a brief statement of capabilities and relevant corporate background, and business size.
