Unrestricted. See Numbered Notes 23 & 26. Critical item, FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision B01. ABVS applies. Total quantity is 1436 each, to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. And Texarkana, TX. Delivery - 40 days ARO or best possible delivery. 100% option increase quantity is included. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 22, 2004.
