Description

This is an Amendment, which will be identified as number one (1) for Solicitation FA4613-04-Q-0008. Please delete FAR 52.222-6, Davis-Bacon Act, General Decision WY030004, 01/16/2004, WY4, as this will not apply to this acquisition. Please delete FAR 52.236-3, Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, applies to this acquisition. Although the Site Investigation clause has been deleted this by no means indicates a site visit will not take place. All offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit as scheduled.
