Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 8 each: Power Distribution Panels. Dimensions: 18” X 18” X 32”, 225 amp bus bar, 2- 100 amp input connectors, 1- 100 amp output connector, 2- 60 amp connectors, 3- 20 amp convenience receptacles to include circuit breakers to match in/out connector rating. Panels should be weatherproof. Manufacturer: Technical Services Lab, Part # 1090-306 or equal. Quote is to include delivery to W25N14 XU CONSOL PT DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, BUILDING 2001 CCP DOOR, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5001. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334418 applies to this procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F23ACS40360500. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. FOB Destination W25N14 XU CONSOL PT DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, BUILDING 2001 CCP DOOR, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5001. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name Or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items.
