- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salem, VA is seeking potential sources to furnish under a lease a Water Treatment System for Renal Dialysis. The System shall be the Ameriwater storage tank system that meets both AAMI and FDA guidelines for Dialysis. 510K authorization #K99159. The system shall be sized to provide 26 stations, 4 maintenance stations, 4 reuse machines, and water for bicarbonate mixing. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532490. Size standard is $6.0M. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size, if services are on a FSS, and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
