- Prequalified Offerors for Firm Fixed-Price Contract....... FY 2004 Design-Build Construction....... USAID Annex....... YEREVAN, ARMENIA - SALMEC-04-R-0014....... THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has completed prequalification of offerors for the design and construction of a new USAID Annex in Yerevan, Armenia........ Attached is a list of firms that have been selected to proceed to Phase II of the acquisition. The Department anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a result of Phase II proposal submission........ Anticipated time for release of the Phase II Formal Request for Proposals is May 2004.
