- An Industry Day will be held on 10 March 2004 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. (Please allow 30 minutes to gain access at the front gate). This meeting will be held at the 366th Contracting Squadron Conference Room, 366 Gunfighter Ave, Bldg. 512, Ste. 498, Mountain Home AFB, ID. This industry day will include a briefing of the project, a site visit of the project and surrounding areas, question & answer time, and opportunity for any presentations from contractors (limited to 15 minutes per company). Government representatives from Civil Engineering, Contracting, Airfield Operations and Security Forces as well as the design engineers will be on hand or available. Please send advance notification as to who will be attending from your company, by March 8, 2004. This information should include the individual’s name and company name. Submit any questions that you have in writing, in advance. If it is not possible to have them in advance, then please bring them with you in writing. Following the conclusion of the day all questions and answers will be posted on FedBizOps, so do not include any proprietary information. Project plans and draft specifications will be posted on FedBizOps no later than 2 March 2004 with the draft solicitation to follow. The POC is 2Lt Rachelle R.
