- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NSN 1660-00-192-2624, PN 880290-2, NOUN Engine Bleed Air Valve Housings. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
