- As you may be aware, approximately 22 federal organizations separated from their "parent" agencies on March 1, 2003, and joined the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a result of that transition, following a period of DHS internal structuring, you are now receiving this generic modification or amendment to inform you that a posting for which you had registered on the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service belonged to an organization that has now transitioned to DHS. As of March 1, 2003, this posting and all others of this organization belong to DHS and may be found under it in FedBizOpps. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 26-FEB-2004.
