- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to announce the Pre-proposal Conference and site visit to be held at the Human Resources Services Information Center, Topeka, KS, on Wednesday, June 11, 2003. The site visit will follow the conference. To arrange attendance at the Conference, please email Mr. Geoffrey Carroll at gcarroll@comdt.uscg.mil and identify the names of the attendees. Due to space constraints each company will be allowed 2 attendees. The cut-off for registration is COB June 6, 2003. The purpose of the Conference is to provide a tour of the HRSIC Retiree and Annuitant Services Branch, explain and provide clarity to the Agency’s expectation in performance, and respond to Request for Clarifications from prospective offerors. A draft RFP will be released on or about the week of June 2, 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUL-2003).
