- This synopsis is hereby issued to postpone the 15 August 2003 release of the Personnel Services Center (PSC) Retiree and Annuitant Services (RAS) Branch A-76 RFP. The Coast Guard is currently reviewing potentially significant changes to the Retiree and Annuitant Performance Work Statement at the Personnel Service Center in Topeka, KS. Until issues related to these changes can be resolved, the competitive sourcing at PSC is being held in abeyance. An announcement to resume competition will be made at an appropriate time. Any questions to this announcement must be directed to the Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail at fjones@comdt.uscg.mil, or by Fax: (202) 267-1167, or by Mail to: Commandant (G-ACS-1A), U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2100 Second Street, SW, Washington, DC, 20593-0001.
