- Description
- The Department of the Navy is soliciting for the establishment and operation of a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. The contract will consist of a five (5) year base and two (2) five (5) year options. The contractor will be responsible for items in support of the WSN-7 Ring Laser Gyro Navigation System, the BPS 15/16 Radar Set, and the Scalable Integrated Bridge System. The contractor will be responsible for (a) requirements determination, (b) inventory management, (c) requisition processing, (d) repair or manufacture of an item, (e) warehousing, (f) receiving, (g) shipping, (h) packaging, (i) tracking, (j) reporting, and (k) meeting specific performance metrics.
