- ALTHOUGH THIS NOTICE REFERENCES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR Electro Chemical Analysis System, a Modification was also made to the above referenced COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ. Accordingly, companies shall acknowledge Amendments 1 and 2 dated Jan 29, 2004 and Feb 26, 2004, respectively and Modification to Synopsis dated Feb 10, 2004 in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to hereby cancel the small business set-aside due to lack of responses from small businesses. Accordingly, FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is removed. Effective today, this solicitation is resolicited for full and open competition. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to March 11, 2004. Also, the Technical Question Due Date is changed from February 4, 2004 to March 3, 2004 and the Delivery Date is changed from March 10, 2004 to April 11, 2004, respectively. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on January 28, 2004. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
