This procurement will be awarded to the lowest price that meet all the criteria in the statement of work. If you would like to request a copy of solicitation number W74V8H-04-T-0013 send email to rogersn@hqda.army.mil, or access DCC-W Homepage at HTT P://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil Serena Rogers Contract Specialist 703/602-3737 Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is requesting meeting room space for the multiple dates Groups and Training 4 through 10 March, 2004 and 17 through 29 June 2004. The purpose for the workgroup is to revise the AFTB Levels I, II and develops the agenda for Core Instructor Course workgroup. The requirement are as follows: The AFTB Training Course must be in the preferred locations. Alexandria, Arlington and Springfield, VA area, in that it will be easiler to get support from CFSC Headquarter located in Alexandria, Va.,All meeting room space must adequately hold the required number of persons without any adverse restrictions on conference attendees, or interference in the training process . All meeting room space must be in the same building, preferably the same floor to facilitate a timely distribution of numerous training materials and staff coordination and provide storage space to received and hold approximately 20 boxes of training mat erials a week prior to the begining of the conference at no cost. There will be approximate 198 attendees. The closing time is at 12:00 pm, 1 March 2004.
