Description

The Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center anticipates a sole source award of a fixed price contract to the Austin Convention Center for approximately 150,000 square feet of meeting space in Austin, TX and conference related services for the Information Technology Conference to be held August 9-12, 2004. Responses must be received by noon CST on March 4, 2004 and should be faxed to 512-326-6028 and include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the capability of your firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open the requirement to competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government and no additional synopsis will be published.
