Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) - approved sources are those cited above; Deliver Evaluation Factor (DEF)applies; Automated Best Value System (ABVS) is an evaluation factor; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
