CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM MPC PRODUCTS CORPORA 19710 P/N GRD24602 NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYS 26512 P/N GRD24602 Quantity required 29 EA ; Delivery to DEF DIST DEPOT SAN JOAQUIN within 200 days ADO, FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at DESTINATION All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s)22,26 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 15 MARCH 2004. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
