The PID information for this item spells out that the item will have Source Inspection done by local QAR. / This solicitation is being issued within the next few days for the acquisition of supplies by means of a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation number is SP0560-04-R-0153. The purchase quantity is 188 ea. at this time. | Also, this solicitation contains an Option for Increased Quantity. Inclusion of this provision in the contract would allow the Government to unilaterally increase the contract quantity by 100% / The Government would be permitted to exercise this option at any time after date the contract is awarded until (20) days before the last scheduled delivery date stated in the contract. | The Government does not have in its possession sufficient technical data to purchase this item from other than the current sources. Without sufficient technical data, the Government cannot evaluate offers from other sources.
