Description
The US. Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) R41AH0006 for an indefinite quantity purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for repair and renovation construction inspections of FHA insured multifamily apartment buildings in Southeastern MA: the counties of Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth and Barnstable. The proposed purchase order is for one year with six month option with a an estimated usage of 480 inspections (estimated at 30 projects with 16 inspections each.) The maximum value of ALL Task Orders is not to exceed $100,000. This solicitation is set aside for HUBZONE small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541310 with a size standard of $4 million dollars average annual sales. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days and quotations due on or about 25 days after this notice is posted in Fedbizopps. Special Announcement: This notice and RFQ will be posted on HUD’s Internet Home page since HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential quoters who download copies of the RFQ from HUD’s homepage Contracting Opportunities will not automatically receive amendments to those solicitations. You are advised to check back frequently to see if HUD has issued an amendment to the solicitation you have obtained. All amendments will be posted on Fedbizopps and the HUD Home page contracting opportunities site.
