- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN LEASING SPACE IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK The United States Government desires to lease approximately 12,915 rentable square feet of office space which must yield 11,230 to 11,792 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in Brooklyn, New York. The delineated area is as follows: North: 60th Street East: Bay Parkway (22nd Avenue) South: Bay Ridge Parkway (75th Street) West: Fort Hamilton Parkway Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year firm lease. General Information: First floor (ground) contiguous single floor space is preferred. Space above ground level must be serviced by a minimum of two elevators, one of which doubles as a freight elevator. Space on not more than two contiguous floor will be considered only when the general office space is located totally on one floor and the storage, multipurpose and/or video conference room will be located on the other floor. Where local ordinances mandate parking spaces for a building, the Government shall receive their pro rata allotment. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
