- To All Box Contractors, This is a pre-invitation notice for solicitation number 2FYC-DU-04-0016-N for various boxes. Any contractors who are interesed in receiving a solicitation should please notify me before 3/12/04. Set-asides will be determined prior to the solicitation being issued. NOTE: If you are a small business, you must be certified with the SBA. This is a one-year term contract (negotiated) with the option to extend up to five years.
