- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory, has a requirement for executive and operational level business support for continued development, deployment, and continuous improvement of comprehensive management systems to continue incorporation of Baldridge National Quality Program embodied principles into the culture and management systems. Base year plus two (2) option years. Request for proposal (RFP) 2004-N-01105 will be issued as a 100% set aside for small business concerns on or about December 19, 2003 and proposals due on or about January 23, 2004. Requests for RFP 2004-N-01105 should be submitted in writing and may be sent to facsimile number (412) 386-6429. Please cite the solicitation number in your request. Offerors may obtain a copy of the RFP through the internet also at www.eps.gov. All responsible responsive small business concern sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
