- Attention Potential Offerors Notification of Site Visit Offutt Air Force Base has scheduled a site visit in conjunction with solicitation F9ESDE40490100, Replace Chillers and Install DDC. The Government encourages attendance in order for the bidder to fully realize the scope and performance required to fulfill this requirement. Understand the Government will not reimburse or be liable for any expenses incurred by the attendee to include but not limited to travel expense, lodging, and per diem. The following location, date and time are provided: Location: Capehart Gate Offutt AFB Date: Friday, 27 Feb 2004 Time: 10:00 am In order to gain access to the government installation, attendees must e-mail or fax the following information not later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, 26 Feb 2004.
