This announcement is modified as follows: The project location is expanded to include possible construction managements services to be utilized on GSA Border Station projects, which are located outside the Metropolitan New York and Northern New Jersey area. The geographical area defined in the initial Fedbizopps announcement posted June 3, 2003, remains the same. The submission date and time remains the same.
