- OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 4,985 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space along with ten (10) parking space, in San Luis Obispo, California. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 4335 BOMA usable square feet divided into two blocks: 2255 and 2080 Lease Term: 8 years, 5 years firm Desired Occupancy Date: August 1, 2004 Area of consideration is Goleta, California. Location of space to be offered must be in a commercial office district with attractive surroundings and with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Well-maintained streets and public sidewalks are required. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required.
