- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-04-T-0135 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the lastest edition of the Federal Acquistion Circular (2001-20). This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted Sole Source basis. The Security Department, NAS Jacksonville FL 32212 requires AMAG Control Systems supplies for their access control system: 20,000 each PVC cards (magnetic stripe/non-encoded), 9,000 each PVC cards (non-magnetic), 29,000 Pre-Printed Backing with U.S. Government Statement: U.S. Government Property. Loss of this card must be reported at once. If found, drop in the nearest mailbox. Postmaster: Postage guaranteed. Commanding Officer, P.O. Box 31 Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL 32212-5000. Warning: Issued for official use of the holder-designated herein. Use or possession by any other person is unlawful and will make the offender liable to penalty - 18 USC 499.506 and 701. The contractor will provide a print-proof of the aforementioned statement prior to ordering cards. 73 each Printer Ribbons for Farco DTC515, 30 each Printer Cleaning Kit for Farco DTC515, 15,000 Vehicle Barcodes (Seq: #40001 - 55000).
